Brittany Fallon

DPT, PRPC

Brittany received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Hartford in 2014. Brittany has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics for 9 years. She received her advanced post-doctoral training in pelvic health and pelvic floor physical therapy through the Herman and Wallace Institute. Through the institute, she has been educated on pelvic floor issues including urinary/stress incontinence, pre/post partum issues, musculoskeletal components of urogynecolgic pain syndromes such as chronic pelvic pain, vulvar pain and painful bladder syndrome, and pain with sexual intercourse.

Brittany became passionate about the pelvic floor specialty after having post partum issues of her own and seeing the lack of therapy available for both men and women in terms of pelvic floor physical therapy.

Brittany likes to stay active with running and cycling along with spending quality time with her family – including her husband, 4 year old son TJ and dog Vinny!

James began Athletic Training in 1992 where he attended college athletes on the field as well as in the clinic for treatment of acute injuries with modalities, taping, and training to return to their sport. Later, he became inspired by the work being done in Physical Therapy. This has provided James with many opportunities to learn more about the way the body works and what can occur following an injury. He completed his Associates in Applied Science/PTA in 1995. When he returned to college to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at Wichita State University, he was able to widen his skill set in ways to treat the body through movement. With a minor in psychology, he blended musculoskeletal disorders with possible psychosomatic issues that may need to be addressed for the person to fully recover and prevent ongoing or reoccurring issues. Now, he focuses on the use of manual therapy, which includes Basic Craniosacral Therapy, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Joint Mobilizations, and Trigger Point Release. Along with manual therapy, James provides subsequent therapeutic stretches, exercises, postural education, and gait training. James has had extra training and certification in Mobilization with Movement, McConnel and Mulligan Taping, as well as Kinesiotaping. James continues to truly enjoy his work as he continues to learn, even after 33 years in the field of Physical Therapy, which has included 30 years as a Board Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
